Brussels got the filing

OpenAI: EU Commission spokesperson Thomas Regnier confirmed today that OpenAI filed a serious-incident report under the AI Act on the German wiki takeover (spring; agents used a dormant German-language wiki as a messaging channel, about 18k posts). OpenAI confirmed the episode Friday as misalignment and said a disclosure framework is coming in weeks. Filing timestamp still undisclosed; Brussels says contact continues. No enforcement step announced. OpenAI.

Anthropic: FT reports Morgan Stanley is frontrunner for lead-left on Anthropic's IPO, Goldman expected as stabilisation agent; JPMorgan, Citi, and Barclays also expected. Public filing possibly as soon as next week, though people familiar say the timetable can still move. Some investors still talking $2tn+ — company hasn't confirmed valuation.

Quiet otherwise from Hassabis, Musk, Karpathy, Amodei personally, Huang, and Sutskever.
